Tunetravels Refund and Return Policy

 

At Tunetravels, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are made-to-order, which means each item is created specifically for you. Because of this, our refund and return policy is based on the guidelines of our print-on-demand partner, Printful.


 

Damaged or Misprinted Items

 

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a defect, such as a damaged or misprinted item, we’ll gladly offer a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide a clear photo of the damaged or misprinted item. This helps us quickly verify the issue with our production partner.

Please do not send the item back to us without getting an OK from our team first—we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.


 

Sizing Issues

 

We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page to help you find the perfect fit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Since each item is custom-made, it’s crucial to check your measurements against our size chart before placing your order.

If you received a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us with a photo of the item showing the size tag, and we’ll look into it right away.


 

Buyer’s Remorse

 

Since our products are created on demand, we cannot accept returns for “buyer’s remorse.” This includes cases where you:

  • Change your mind about the purchase.

  • Ordered the wrong color or style by mistake.

  • Decide you no longer want the item after it has been shipped.


 

Packages Lost in Transit

 

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

  • If the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost after a specific period (typically 7-10 business days for domestic orders), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
